The owner of the Ottawa and Belleville Senators will be keeping his sole focus on those two professional hockey clubs with a recent sale of a junior hockey team.
The selling of the Brantford Bulldogs from Michael Andlauer to a group helmed by Edmonton Oilers forward Zach Hyman was approved on Monday by the Ontario Hockey League.
That franchise was formerly known as the Belleville Bulls for 34 years until it was sold by previous owner Gord Simmonds to a group headed by Andlauer, who moved it to Hamilton in 2015.
Andlauer had previously assured of the Sens future in Belleville during a televised interview on TSN last week during an Ottawa Senators game.
